a). Are there any shipping charges?

A Big no. We provide ‘Free Shipping’ on all orders.

b). Is there International shipping available?

No, we are not shipping outside of India.

c). How much time it takes to ship my order?

After your order has been successfully placed, your product will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

d). When will I receive my product?

Once your product is shipped, it will take 4-7 business days to reach your destination. There may be circumstances beyond our control where this timeline may get stretched to 7-15 working days of purchase. However, this delivery time assurance cannot be maintained for deliveries to remote areas, non-serviceable areas by our logistics partner, political disturbances, civil disturbances and natural calamity of any kind.

e). Where to find my tracking details and how to track it?

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified with tracking details by Email/SMS.

f). Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

Yes. You can do so by emailing us to contactus@sharktribe.in, provided your order is not initiated for shipment process.

Note: Any dispute arising out of transaction/contract with this online store will be referred to Institutional Arbitration Council of Tirupur as per Rules and Regulation of Arbitration Council of Tirupur and the award passed will be binding on us.
